Hi, I'm Sandra "Sandy" Rader, and I'm a Life Coach who is passionate about helping others improve their mental well-being and create meaningful, lasting change. Before becoming a Life Coach, I spent twelve years working in administration at Oasis Counseling Center, where I developed a deep appreciation for the importance of compassionate support and quality care. For the past three years, I've had the privilege of working directly with clients as a Life Coach.
I enjoy working with adults, particularly those in their 30s and beyond, who are navigating life's challenges, transitions, or simply looking to become the best version of themselves. My approach is down-to-earth, honest, and straightforward. I believe in having real conversations, offering practical guidance, and helping you identify realistic goals that fit your life. While I take your journey seriously, I also believe that a little humor can go a long way and strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged.

Ashley Kay, BHCM1 & Life Coach
Hi, I'm Ashley Kay, a Behavioral Health Case Manager I (BHCM I) and Life Coach.
Helping others has always been at the heart of what I do. After spending more than eight years with Oasis Counseling Center, I discovered my passion for working directly with individuals to help them overcome obstacles, build confidence, and create a brighter future. For the past two years, I've had the privilege of serving as a Life Coach, supporting clients as they take meaningful steps toward achieving their personal goals.
I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive. Whether you're searching for community resources, housing information, school supplies, or guidance through life's challenges, I'm here to help you identify solutions and connect you with the support you need. Together, we'll develop realistic goals, celebrate your progress, and create a plan that empowers you to move forward with confidence.
One of my goals is to make Life Coaching accessible to as many people as possible. I offer sliding-scale pricing, allowing clients to receive support at a cost that better fits their individual financial situation. Everyone deserves the opportunity to invest in themselves, regardless of where they are in life.
I enjoy making each session engaging and purposeful. You can expect practical tools, personalized homework, or journaling activities that encourage growth between our sessions and help you stay focused on the goals that matter most to you.
If you're looking for someone who will encourage you, help you stay accountable, connect you with valuable resources, and cheer you on every step of the way, I'd be honored to be part of your journey.
