I obtained my Master's in Social Work in 2004, from Southwest Missouri State University. I moved to Oklahoma shortly after graduation. I spent several years working as a medical social worker in home health and hospice. In January 2009 I began my journey with Oasis Counseling Center in the OKC metro area. I am currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing community based mental health services in the North Eastern Oklahoma area since 2012

I obtained my Master's in Social Work in 2007, from University of Oklahoma, OU School Of Social Work, Norman, I received Provisional License from The Board of Licensed Social Workers, State Of Oklahoma. I also obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Minor in Psychology, in,1998 from the University of Central Oklahoma, Edmond, OK.
I have completed Addiction Severity Index (ASI) training and American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) and Applied Suicide Intervention Training (ASIST). Training sponsored by Oklahoma Department.
Since 2007, I have been working with different agencies and providing individual and family therapy services in the home and occasionally other community settings. In October 2019 I began my journey with Oasis Counseling Center in the OKC metro area for the purpose of reducing psychiatric impairment and facilitating emotional, psychological or behavioral changes for clients with severe mental illnesses.
I have been studying to take my licensure exam to become Licensed Clinical Social Worker. (LCSW).

I received my Master of Clinical Psychology from Pittsburg State University and have practiced in Oklahoma since 2010. I have been in health services in one capacity or another for over 20 years and have had the privilege of working with families in a variety of settings, including schools, residential treatment, hospitals, and community-based organizations. I focus more on CBT and person-centered approaches, I try to find the best fit between modality and the client's needs. I have extensive experience in working with persons with trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, anger, substance abuse, self-harming issues, defiance, low self-esteem, ADHD, social skills/peer relations, and behavioral issues. I pride myself on building strong connections with my clients and assisting them in achieving their mental health goals. I am licensed as a Licensed Behavioral Practitioner and certified by the state of Oklahoma to provide individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy.

During my time here, I have obtained my Behavioral Case Manager 1 and a Life Coach. As a Behavioral Case Manager, I work with clients to develop and implement personalized support plans to address their needs. Additionally, as a certified Life Coach, I provide guidance and encouragement to individuals striving to achieve personal and professional goals. My role is centered around supporting and empowering individuals to reach their full potential. I accept In-person as well as Telehealth.
